The winemaker:
 
Magnificent wines produced on Palette, of which I am the sole importer in the Benelux. A great potential for this young winegrower who works all his vines in stakes. A titanic job. His work evolves from year to more finesse. Note that this is the only organic domain on Palette! Its whites are now listed in the greatest restaurants in the south of France.
 
 Wine:
 
 The "white wine" is a blend of various grape varieties: Clairette, Bourboulenc, Grenache blanc, Panse Muscade.
 The wine is aged for one year in barrels. Slight sulphiting with the addition of volcanic sulfur.
